What to include in your submission
Please include the following information in your ZIP file or in the notes section of the order form:
- Sample Rate & Bit Depth
e.g., 48kHz / 24-bit or 96kHz / 32-bit float
- Song Order / Track Listing
Number your files or provide a tracklist document
- Composer / Arranger Credits
For metadata embedding if needed
- Transition Notes
Crossfades, gaps, or segues between tracks
- Reference Tracks
Commercial songs that represent your target sound
- Special Instructions
Vinyl side splits, hidden tracks, etc.
ZIP File Naming Convention
ArtistName_Date_v1.zip
Example: JohnDoe_2024-01-15_v1.zip

- Export at your session's native sample rate
- Leave 3-6dB of headroom (peaks around -6dB)
